CatPure LNP products
Lipid nanoparticles (LNP) are a commonly used delivery vehicle that can facilitate transfection of encapsulated mRNA in cells. After endosomal escape, mRNA is released and translated into the protein of interest.
CATUG’s high quality LNP products are developed using the approved Moderna COVID-vaccine formulation consisting of SM-102 ionizable lipid, DSPC, PEG-DMG-2000, and cholesterol. Their mRNA-LNP product offerings currently focus on reporter genes such as firefly luciferase, mCherry, and EGFP. However, CATUG also take custom requests for your specific mRNA and LNP formulation of interest.
