We are offering an internship opportunity for:
Technical Sales & Customer Support Intern (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, organizing customer visits and providing technical assistance
- Assist to build relationships with existing and new customers
- Support in developing initiatives to reach sales goals and generate forecasts
- Assist in organizing seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and joint customer visits with suppliers
- Document customer interactions and insights in our CRM system
Your profile:
- Recent Master’s or PhD graduate in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related life science field
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, flexible, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- A good command of German and English
- Residence in the Zurich area (preferred)
