The Oligo Clean & Concentrator simplifies the recovery and clean-up of DNA/RNA fragments and oligonucleotides ≥ 16 nt from labeling (radioactive, biotin, DIG, etc.) and enzymatic reactions. The clean-up procedure effectively removes contaminants, including unincorporated nucleotides, short oligos, dyes, enzymes, and salts, concentrating DNA/RNA into a small volume of water. Purified DNA/RNA is ready in just 2 minutes and can be used for hybridization, gel shift assays, enzymatic reactions, ligation, sequencing, microarray analysis, and more.
OneStep™ PCR Inhibitor Removal Kits – Environmental inhibitor removal
Designed for efficient contaminant removal, the OneStep PCR Inhibitor Removal Kits include everything required to remove substances that potentially inhibit downstream enzymatic processes (such as PCR and reverse transcription) from DNA and RNA samples. The column and plate formats are specifically designed to effectively eliminate polyphenolic compounds, humic and fulvic acids, tannins, melanin, and similar impurities from even the most impure preparations. The cleanup process is straightforward – apply the sample, spin, and recover. The kits ensure recovery of ≥ 80% DNA and RNA, free from PCR inhibitors.
Zymoclean™ Gel RNA Recovery Kit – RNA size selection from agarose gels
Recover purified RNA fragments from agarose gels in just 30 minutes using the Zymoclean Gel RNA Recovery Kit. This kit combines a unique single-step agarose dissolving/RNA binding buffer with Zymo-Spin™ Column technology to obtain high-quality RNA.
